I created the following designs during a weekend hackathon event called GoCode.
My idea was Hively, an app that simplified the hiring process by filtering candidates based on personality.
Hiring is boring, so designing a brand that felt different was important. The goal of my logo and branding design was to make Hively feel playful, easy, and fun.
The next task was to design an app interface.
My goal was to give a simple overview that lets hiring managers see the user’s personality and portfolio in the form of a video, bio, and list of personality trades.
If a candidate looks intriguing, easily view their resume and/or website by clicking on a profiles menu icon.
After a few days of hard work, my team came out on top and won GoCode’s $25,000 cash prize
