The following designs were created during a weekend hackathon event called GoCode.
My idea was Hively, an app that simplified the hiring process by filtering candidates based on personality.
Hiring can be boring, so I had to design a brand that felt different and fun. I put together some simple brand guides that would help our team stay on track.
The next task was to design an app interface.
My goal was to give a simple overview that lets hiring managers see the user’s personality and portfolio in the form of a video, bio, and list of personality trades.
If a candidate looks intriguing, easily view their resume and/or website by clicking on a profiles menu icon.
After a few days of hard work, my team came out on top and won GoCode’s $25,000 cash prize.
